So do us men need a separate toilet with a urinal

The Shinkansen in Japan had them, very handy.

Fortunately I have two hands and so it is not that big a deal.

1 hand to hold the seat up, 1 hand to steady myself against the wall and 1 hand to hold........?

Being over 6' tall I find stooping uncomfortable when ...errr... draining. A knee works well to keep the lid open while ...in progress.

Clearly some of our fellow pax aren't bothered by pesky hygiene, aircraft loos are revolting, so minimal contact, and a good wash&scrub after, is essential.
