I am facing a similar challenge finding people - I am there now... Wandering around..
 
I'm pretty sure your stylish gym clothes will be more fashionable then what I pulled out, crumpled from my suitcase and apparently covered in cat / dog hair!

Shouldn't be an issue . . . knowing the more one can optimise (loyalty) benefits from travel, the more one can have travel benefits optimised.

Good to meet you and others, a really enjoyable night and maybe a further one can be arranged in a few months time.

Yes fabulous night - and staff were indeed courteous when we were asked to leave. My thanks also to penegal for the organisation.

But I for one will not be attending another AFF function unless I can get an assurance from Gold Member that he will not physically attack that poor little Westfield concierge lady whilst she is trying to load my XS cards - despicable act if I have ever seen one.

Another great night of drinks, food and sharing frequent travel tips, tricks & stories. I think we had about 17-18 people at the peak of the evening, and Bear Brass did a good job of looking after us.

This certianly wasn't my first event, but it was my first event SOBER, which was a 'different' experience. Thanks to those who shouted me a lemon squash or diet coke :shock::shock::shock:

Bubbles what! My liver now doubly thanks me for leaving when I did (although I have to go back today for some property I left behind:oops:).

I certainly enjoyed the evening and look forward to catching up with some of you on Saturday morning.

Pss one event sober. Try living it sober and see what you miss out on. ;) Hmm that would be all of those wonderful wines etc in the various lounges and who knows what spirits in the F lounge.
 
A great night thanks to everyone who attended.

I was a little concerned it would get ugly though when the 'Elite' person started buying bottles of bubbles. I'm not sure whether to say thanks or otherwise :!:
 
Just echoing the above sentiments. Thanks penegal for organising. Thanks everyone for a great night. Like Hvr, I'm looking forward to catching up again with those of you who will be in Brisbane this Saturday.

You're all just jealous. Wait til Saturday night when I'm out with the coughtail dress to match! Trendsetter, right here.
