Hey all - Friday May 14 for drinks - 1700ish onwards...

I enjoyed Lagerfield, prices were good, plenty of quiet spots - mind you, we should have explored upstairs last time - OZ Mark and I were firmly cocooned in some VAC (very awesome chairs) for a while there and were wondering if we were going to need help to get back up (out) of them :)

From the website...

if you're looking to try something new and exciting, head to Lagerfield Bar & Beer Garden. Located at the Clarendon Street entrance of the Crown Entertainment Complex.
Enjoy a wide selection of local and imported beers including Lagerfield Lager™. With a tasty tapas-style menu and live entertainment from Friday to Sunday night, Lagerfield Bar & Beer Garden is the ideal place to kick back with friends.

Pity there's no shot of the tasteful inside areas!

See you there!

Put me down as a starter, but I'll probably only stay for a few hours.

I would… but as OzFest is only a couple weeks later I think I’m going to try save my pennies for that do.

Sorry SYD-BNE-SYD flights are already booked through to September 2010....

I think I can make this. +1
I won't be leaving early this time!

Can't wait to see ya'll

Mr!
:)

I will have to give this a miss I'm afraid, as I'd only return from SFO on the 18th. :(

Hopefully I'll have better luck next time round. :D

Oh and if anyone ends up in 1806 again, here's a tip: although the chartreuse based specials have been replaced with a Ketel One vodka list, some of the favourites from the chartreuse list are still around due to their popularity, such as Voiron Gold. :)

Momentary thread derailment: why on earth is Ketel One considered a "premium vodka"? The copper pot still they use leaves a really quite unpleasant aftertaste IMHO.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Guess they got a good sponsorship deal thingy going on there... just speculatin'.

Do you get the feeling that munitalP does not like your company? :p
Not really ... It just a simple fact that Friday night functions are generally the most difficult for me to attend ... in this case a MEL QF F lounge soiree from 3:30 to 5:30pm would have worked better for me. :p

I will be in Melbourne, so I should be able to drop by for an hour or two.

You better this time *shakes fist* ;)

I won't have a funeral and associated family issues this month (at least I certianly hope I wont').

Are you even coming along to this?
