IIRC all rooms in the ibis have walk-in showers, and no bathtubs at all.

Thank you this is very helpful. Just needing room for late night arrival and early morning departures so may as well save the $60 price difference to the Novotel.

Can you please confirm if this propert has walk-in showers or SHUBs?

From memory it had a walk-in shower. Bathroom would have been too small for anything else

Do you have A+? Keep an eye on Red Hot Rooms. Back in early Jan, I switched a stay from Ibis Styles to Novotel when it was significantly cheaper!

Have booked Novotel RHR for King's Birthday Saturday prior to heading off for 16 days, as our major freeway will still have road closures adding ~ 30-50 minutes to an already ~ 100 minute journey.

Rate is about $80-100 less than we have previously paid.
Of note, if you ask, they will do reduced parking for Platinum and long stays, down to $15 per night instead of $40

There's no room for a bathtub. The en suite space is about 2 x 3 metres. Into this they pack WC, hand wash basin and a shower.
