If you follow my posts elsewhere on AFF you may have worked out that I am going to the tropics this week, rather than the desert. This means I should be able to attend.

Currently booked on QF839 (lands 17:20) from DRW which will curtail my ability to bring wine from home unless someone wants to pick it up tonight, and bring it in for me. I can probably take a few bottles with me to DRW, but may evaporate one with Steady while up there.

Yes it's time for another event in the social heart of AFF, Melbourne.

Why? Well just because we can and it's the most convenient time before I head overseas for three weeks of fun travelling around the UK (via BKK).

Location to be confirmed when approximate numbers are gathered but it wont be too fancy or expensive. Just a place to eat, tell stories about travel and where we're going.

it will be somewhere in the city/Southbank area not too far from a train line.

Looks like we are both going to travel on similar routes, unfortunately my journey starts tomorrow morning so won't be able to attend the dinner.

I'm sure it's going to be another epic MEL event, have fun everyone and I'll raise a glass to you all tomorrow night from the BKK F lounge.
