MEL Rideshare pickup with new passenger pickup/dropoff redevelopment

[Quickstatus]

The Rideshare/Uber/Taxi pickup at MEL airport after the redeveloipment of the parking and passenger dropoff/pickup areas remain kerbside
Note that Uber and Non Uber rideshares are separate - similar to SYD DOM T3.

Dropoff is the same as the dropoff for other passengers

Cruisers mates - Jimmy and cousins still pickup from the Parkroyal
