Midweek lunch is troublesome... I am usually travelling / working, but will subscribe to the thread.

I'll be off O/S.... So that makes me a bronze.

But have fun nonetheless & give the chicken feet a go this time if on offer!

Tasty so I'm told.

You seem to have trouble with both mid week and weekends:!:

To be fair he did make it to the last event and he was there early.

Restores my faith in humanity. ;)

Ahhh ... feng zhua (chicken feet) would have to be one of my favourites, along with cheung fun (rice noodle rolls) filled with either pork, meat or prawns. Then there's the perennial har gow (shrimp dumpling) and sieu mai (pork dumpling) and of course the old char siu boa (steamed pork bun) even better I reckon when baked. Almost forgot the steamed pork ribs in black bean and finish it all off with daan taat (egg tart), mango pudding and cocconut jelly  Yumbo!

I'm definitely a Yum Cha fan. What time and where? I'll see if I can get off work and join you.

Obviously midweek is too hard for most.

We are going to meet up with chchkiwi (FT) in the Sheraton foyer at about 1pm if anyone else is interested.

Confirming that I am not in Melbourne, so can't make it...

I really want to come to a Melbourne yum cha but mid week I'm too busy lickin' the back of the Queens head

Hopefully next month we get ourselves organised better and you can come along :)
