Thanks to our lovely organisers for their very hard work.

A very special welcome to our new members attending their first or second AFF event. It is great to see new people joining in the fun and having a conversation with fellow travellers. Lots of tips and adventures were shared.

Look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Thanks to blackcat20 for arranging the venue, bookings, etc. I understand penegal had nothing to do with it but is happy to take credit for it as well. ;-)

Thanks to everyone who organised the event and came. It was good to finally meet people in person who I have been chatting with for years now. I didn't get to talk to everyone there - but that just gives me an excuse to make sure I attend more of these in the future.

Great event. Really good to see a big turnout including admin, numerous moderators, and a special guest from America.

As always with AFF meets, it was lovely to meet familiar faces and some new faces and talk about flying and travel. I wish I had a little more time to get around to everyone, but there's always next time

Great to meet everyone, a thanks to penegal for making it over to the PH for some opening beverages, and to blackcat20 for organizing. I should be back in March to MEL (still here for a few more days now as well), lets make it happen again .

Was great to meet a bunch of new faces and put handles to names. Although when I was eating I realised I hadn't graced the other table with my presence, for which I apologise.

Not sure if people who didn't attend want faces to names in the photos...

Got to meet the birthday girl on Friday and found we were both traveling to BNE that night - pity I was 2 hours ahead. However, she insists I call her whenever I am coming to stay - something about looking after me

Our Hilton host celebrated her birthday thanks to straitman's (and +1's) generosity.

That fellow in the middle is an excellent host. Always has excellent restaurant/cafe/bar suggestions AND remembers to ask you about them next time he sees you.
