mel-mcy qff points inclusions on jetstar

Hello

Last year I booked flights on Qantas using points to Sunshine Coast and when bookingopened on the Jetstar site had inclusion of 20K baggage and free seat selection - including the up front seats.

This year booked same thing and now only baggage included. Seat selection costs the same as if for a normal jetstar booking. I rang Qantas they knew nothing. Acted like the free seat selection never existed.

Would anyone know if the policy has changed or where I go to read about it?

Apologies I can't help but I thought seat selection wasn't included on Jetstar.

Interesting this thread has been missed for almost 3 days. The Qantas sub-forum could have received more responses.
