MEl--DELHI via Singapore QFF points and Changi transit cash?

So I googled and used Qantas Chat.
1. Qantas chat thought Changi cash offer had expired and thought it can be obtained both ways but google says only on return?
2. Can you show tickets at Changi booth to pick up vouchers or do you have to email ticket info?
3. Qantas Chat said that MEL---Delhi return is only EARN max in Economy 7600points that seems very low?
4. Air India is not part of one world alliance?
5. Can QFF be entered in system on checkin on return leg in India....or is it like a call centre at check in for Qantas?

If you Google there is another offer that says purchase from April and use before Sep 2016!

I found that - but it was '.in' (ie 'India') in the address bar and mentioned purchasing a ticket from india or Sri Lanka to Australia. Not for the reverse. Unless you have another link?

Mate flying to India and back via work..... Thought if work ticket..... Would get access to the cash..... Assumed ticket purchased here though.......
