Max time in a LHR Lounge

Hi
Im travelling with 2 adults and 2 kids BA11 in J
We arrive at Stansted the night before then take the bus to LHR
What is the earliest time i can check in ??
What lounges can i use , is it only BA??
What time can i enter and stay ??
