MAS not crediting points and status credits to our QF FF accounts

I am looking for some suggestions/guidance from the forum. I have been trying to resolve a points and status credits issue with Malaysia Airlines for over 5 months with no success. My wife and I travelled on 4 separate business class flights (each i.e. 8 flights in total) with MAS and gave them our Qantas FF numbers. Upon checking that the points/credits had come to our FF accounts we found that we had only been credited for one flight. I contacted Qantas who advised that MAS had credited the other points/credits to our MAS accounts and that they would need to reverse those accruals before Qantas could add the points/credits to our QF FF accounts. The strange thing is that we don't actually have any MAS FF accounts! I have made repeated requests to MAS to release the points/status credits over the last 5 months with zero progress. After 3 months of unsuccessful dealings with the MAS Enrich team, I then raised a complaints case in February 2026. Despite receiving acknowledgement and MAS creating a case number, the matter has still not been resolved. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so I would love to hear how you went about reaching a resolution.
Many thanks.

Hopefully someone hasn't enriched themselves by creating Enrich accounts in your names and claiming the points

I have had MH flights not crediting to my QFF a/c on a number of occasions. Ringing the QFF service centre gets made up reasons so I don't bother calling anymore.
Assuming your QF frequent flyer numbers are on the MH boarding passes and you still have them.
I now only send the claim via email to [email protected] with the PNR, our names, flights taken and attach the BPs. I always (without fail) get a reply that Qantas has reviewed my claim and no points/sc can be earned as my flights are not eligible, which I know otherwise.
Invariably, my points/sc posts on the same date as the 'fail' email reply. No idea how it all works.
See how you go on the email path. Hope it gives you a positive result.
BTW you can ring MH on 132627 and ask them to look up your old flights (PNR required) to confirm your QFF numbers were on the booking & not some unknown Enrich # (as QFF alleged).
