THE Ritz-Carlton is to open a luxury hotel at Perth’s Elizabeth Quay in 2018, it has been announced.
The 204-room Ritz Carlton, Perth, will also include luxury one, two and three bedroom apartments.
It will feature ground floor shops and waterfront fine dining with “sweeping views over the Swan River”.
The ground-breaking for the development is expected in 2015.
The State Government and Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) will hold a press conference at 11.30am today confirming the news.
In a statement issued this morning, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Fast Consortium, an Asian residential apartment developer, said it had signed a development agreement.
