I didn’t know how to ‘convert’ 16 years on AFF into actually meeting people IRL but everyone was so welcoming and friendly and I can now put faces to various handles I’ve enjoyed reading about during this time. Definitely looking forward to catching up again And even though I never met penegal I’d like to think he’d be happy we came together for a memorable time with his family.

Great to see you there. Not all AFF gatherings are quite as well lubricated as that one.

A million thanks to all who ventured from near and far (including Intl visitors) to join us to celebrate our friendship with penegal last night - our little mate would have been so knocked over by the gathering.

OMG how fantastic was it that Mark's lovely parents Karin and David and his beautiful sister Cathy joined us - it just made the night so special.

Also a special thanks to OT Mgmt and Staff for their excellent spread of food and service on the night - I guess many will now understand why this crew and restaurant kinda became a second home and family for some of us.
