Manage my booking issues

Am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Made a couple of redemption bookings last year, IST - TBS (Turkish), and then GYD - IST (Turkish), IST - SYD (Singapore) on the second.

Points/money taken and received confirmation with ticket numbers, so all looked ok, was even able to sign on to Singapore Air and allocate seats.

Flights appear on Aeroplan site and app, but when I try to manage booking I get a not found message (I’m trying to allocate seats on Turkish legs). Should I be worried? Same issue if I try manage my booking without signing on.

This happened to me last week (when I was trying to cancel a booking). Was hitting Not Found no matter how I tried to enter the Manage Booking page.

Had to call up (1 hour 15 minute wait...) but they confirmed the booking was still there and all good. As a cross reference the operating airline (TK) was still showing the booking all good.

Yeah, Singapore showing the return flight so not so concerned but can't see on Turkish, do they use the same PNR? I suspect it may be because flight times have changed (only by 5/10 minutes).
