This got quite a bit of discussion on other travel boards. It is absolutely ridiculous. The guy says that he put his life at risk but wouldn't his life mos likely ended had the bomber made the plane go down??? It is a real joke when a lawsuit like this is even allowed into the courts.

So an underwear bomber is someone who tries to blow up a plane with a bomb hidden in their underwear and not someone trying to blow up a plane whilst dressed in their underwear!

Seriously though I tend to agree and do not understand why we are wasting valuable court time on ridiculous lawsuits.
