Australian lounge operators should visit the La Valetta lounge at Malta airport and take notes. Fresh appearance, indoor and outdoor spaces, excellent food buffet…the list goes on. Makes most Australia lounges look third class.

I was confused why I couldn't remember the departure lounge at Malta and then remembered I caught the ferry from Malta to SicilyMy first visit a few years ago, I would agree and wrote similar in my trip report.
My second visit a few months ago was completely the opposite. Really crowded really messy and poor food area , very noisy.
Unfortunately, that lovely outside terrace was occupied by smokers so unusable for me.
