Malaysia Airlines has a new (I hear it's been in the works for 2 years!!!) where you can see award (P/U/X) availability on their website.
Search for the flight you want "Use Miles" radio button. Look for "Enrich Base" availability. That inventory should be bookable by any Oneworld partner.
