It has already been mentioned on other posts that flights from Australia do not accrue status credits, but what about say a MH flight originating in Manila to Sydney, or Melbourne?
Would they accrue SC'S?

Your statement isn't correct - eligible fares on MH have a reduced earn rate compared as per the airline earn table

SC Information

Essentially assuming you have purchased flights that are within eligible fare buckets, the flight between MNL and KUL will earn based on distance, and the flight between KUL-SYD/MEL will earn based on the Partner airline table.

Thanks for the very informative reply, and I will plead guilty to not explaining my question more betterer, yes the reduce earn rate with them is a bummer.

A Mnl > Kul > Syd on J will earn you 80 Scs on Mnl > Kul and 30 SCs on Kul > Syd
Just s simpler and fairer way!
