Recently I purcahsed a Samsonite Ultralite case with the inbuilt TSA combination lock.
I have the combination set no problems, however the TSA indicator on the case is showing red (ie been opened by a key), how do I go about resetting that indicator to green (there is no key with the case.)

Have the same bag - if I remember correctly from my own experience - set it back to the original setting, then change it back to what you want now. If that fails, suggest calling Samsonite?

Thanks Jetlagged, will try that.

Edit: No luck resetting it to the factory default, and then back to my code. Have e-mailed Samsonite to try and shed some light on it.

Still awating a reply from Samsonite, looks like a phone call when I have a day off work..not impressed.
