I was just looking at flights for my holidays in May next year. I was looking at the price of travel in J on QF. I'm in UK at the moment, so I don't know if that's making a difference, but it's showing 30kg luggage allowance when I make a dummy booking. Is that correct? I'm looking at booking from BNE-ABZ, but I even priced BNE-SIN in Economy Sale prices and it's also saying 30 kg. The website says 40kg for J, but that's not what the booking is showing.

Hi WeeGraeme,

Welcome to the wonderful world of Qantas's consistently inconsistent IT systems - matched only by it's inconsistently consistent inflight service!

The Website is correct at 40kg. NB: If you have oneworld Emerald status the J allowance is increased to 60kg courtesy of the additional 20kg outlined on the oneworld site.

Regards,

BD

Thanks. I don't have status, so it looks like 40 kg it would be.
