Lufthansa or Air France In Business Class

Got to book a flight from Paris to Hong Kong soon & keen to hear peoples thoughts on which is the better carrier. Lufthansa requires a short stop over but its cheaper & I don't mind stop overs. The route in question uses a A340-600 with LH & 77W with AF.
 
It's worth a few extra dollars to avoid changing planes at FRA.
