LTG Life Time Gold - who actually uses this?

I’m LTG about 2.5X but I’ve never had to invoke it - and hopefully will not need to!

While I can still keep doing a DONEx each year (and the WP threshold doesn’t Simply and Fairly rise) I’ll carry on.

But it is a comfort blanket for the (hopefully distant) future.

I use mine all the time, mostly because I have a different job now to the one I had when I earned most of the points.

For the best part of 8 years I was a very regular traveler, especially 4 years I spent living in London flying BA Club Europe every 2nd or 3rd week.

Now days I still fly a bit but company policy means I am on almost any carrier you can think of. Flying business class not an issue, but flying economy for work domestically and privately it sure helps. A good example I just book flights for our family to Europe later in the year ($4800 CBR-LHR-BKK-LHR) and being LTG will make that trip a bit more comfortable.
