Can anyone suggest any options to change OW RTW fares without steep "service fees"?
I called 131313 today to change a timing of a couple of segments of a LONE4, same flight numbers just different days. I was hit with an $80/pax Service Fee despite the fare rules indicating that there is no penalties for such changes. When I pointed this out she responded that the rules indicate that this does not include any local charges.
I can't complain about the service though as she called me back when mobile coverage dropped out, twice!
