I was hoping to surprise her with a virgin lounge access pass on departure - would anyone happen to be able to make this happen?
She's only young and has never flown anything but economy, so would be very appreciative

Virgin lounge passes are electronic and cannot really be given to anyone. They are also useless for the Air NZ lounge (which is where international VA flights have access). But someone here might be able to guest her if they are on the same flight.

As blackcat20 has inferred, you need to state what flights your sister is on to see if someone is able to guest her into a lounge.

Soliciting lounge passes is against AFF's T&Cs: Terms of Service
