BA terraces (or F lounge if platinum) in the same terminal (since they are all airside). For concorde room access you need to be flying F.

what about london heathrow business lounges?
Qantas flights leave from Terminal 4 at Heathrow.

The lounges available are:

Terraces: Gate 1 - large lounge on two levels (Departures and upstairs). Open to Business Class and oneworld Sapphire travellers. Very nice lounge.

Terraces: Gate 10 ("Lounge Pavilion" upstairs) - Open to Business Class and oneworld Sapphire travellers. Smaller lounge on one level and often crowded.

First: Gate 10 ("Lounge Pavilion" downstairs) - Open to First Class and oneworld Emerald travellers. Small and often crowded.

Concorde Room: Gate 10 ("Lounge Pavilion" Departures level) - Open to First Class only (and maybe BA Premier/QF Chairman's Lounge).

The lounge pavilion is where the Molton Brown spa is located. Services (massages, etc.) are available for long haul BA/QF Business and First only.
