Lounge guest in DXB

I have searched for an answer so apologies if this has already been asked. I'm travelling LGW-PER with my sister. I'm QF WP and have booked the code shares, she has no status and has booked the EK flight numbers (but same plane). Can I guest her into the lounge in LGW and DXB, or does she need to be on the QF flight numbers?

I doubt you'll have a problem in DXB but there may be more of issue if trying to access a BA lounge at LGW due to oneworld regulation.

What lounge does EK use at LGW?
