okay usually fly Qf to CHC but there timetable is hopeless, all geared towards Deathstar who i will not fly.

So looking at Vermin they show the flights i want as over being operated by ANZ and the return as being Virgin NZ.

So i know i get the ANZ lounge at each end?

Booking through Vermin gets me points and SC i presume?

Do i get treated as a pleb by ANZ and Vermin NZ as i have never flown them before? i can handle sitting anywhere on a plane but must have isle!

There have been quite a few reports that a DJ status passenger has been treated very well on ANZ metal. Makes sense given the state of DJs own services across the ditch

Thanks All

Is this only for DJ metal or partner airlines as well?

who is VirginNZ ?

Virgin Australia NZ is Virgin Australia's NZ based company which do all their Trans-Tasman and international short-haul routes.

Air New Zealand is the only other codeshare partner on Trans-Tasman routes and they have a very similar offering for their "Works" guests which is equivalent to a VA Flexi fare.

Having regularly flown BNE - AKL/CHC and NZ Domestic on DJ/NZ as a DJ Plat all has been good. Row 3 on DJ, first couple of rows on the NZ 320's and PE on the AKL-BNE NZ 777. No problem with lounge entry - all automated as DJ Plat on Boarding Pass. Also no problem with Premium Check-in (when needed). All in all get the same treatment as a NZ Gold Elite (well maybe not upgrades but don't see those on the TT or NZ domestic anyway).

ANZ will look after you if you have status. I recently did a return to Shanghai and they signaled me out and offered me express pass through customs as well as the CSM giving me extra attention and noise canceling head phones.
