I'm planning to be staying in Sydney for about a month. Looking for websites that rent out furnished units for long term rental.

Thanks for the tip. I actually run across rent-a-home.com.au which i believe is associated with stayz.com

So far I'm not impressed at all. Yes there are lots of listings but so far no luck.
Choice 1. Owner decline due to the fact that the current owner may extend the stay
until Mar.
Choice 2. No response.
Choice 3. Owner said it's too early to rent out unit for stays in Feb. :evil:

Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
