Loading photos using Android app

Apologies for the noob question. I am trying to load photos into my trip report. I am using the Android app and have a Samsung Galaxy 4. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add a photo to a post - please help!
 
Should be an Attach button, from which you then Select Gallery, then the photo you want.
 
Where is attach button located? I have things like report, reply, share but no attach.
