Went to pick up a click and collect and it was a lot heavier than I expected so asked the young guy that got out of the car next to me for a hand. He was lovely and his girlfriend said you'll have to tell him how to stack it properly but all good natured. They then took the trolley back inside. Just as I was about to leave I remembered there was a $5 off next shop stuck on the package so was able to go back into the store and give it to them. Karma

How good was that Bagpipe record set in Fed Square before the ACDC concert on Wednesday? Really made me smile as I loved the original which was playing at the same time. Great to see all those schoolkids at the front playing the bags.

Some musician protection plugs are not visible.
You do raise a good point though.

When the call comes over the ship’s PA for blood donors of a particular blood group due to a medical emergency, and within 5 minutes the waiting room is overflowing.

Went to bag drop at Qantas Sydney domestic airport. First bag drop wouldn’t work . Went to the next one, a Qantas representative came over and assisted. No bag tag gets printed, she’s looking at the machine, meanwhile bag zooms off with a bag tag. Oh don’t worry you had your Qantas silver tag on ( I am no longer silver, lowly bronze). My tag, but bag was using husbands boarding pass.
I was very sceptic, she says come over here and prints me a receipt.

Flew to MCY and waited, thinking we are going to attend a funeral tomorrow in our smelly casual clothes. Waited at the carousel rueing that I forgot to put my apple AirTag in the bag and it was probably roaming around Sydney airport.

I watched wistfully as everyone grabbed their bags and departed. Then it appeared last bag out! Those Qantas bag tags do work! Hooray!
