Hoping that someone with more experience on SQ than I can assist.
Due to a more appealing schedule, my next work trip will be on SQ (my first with them). Naturally I signed up to KrisFlyer.
My work TA has made the booking, and in doing so has included my middle name in the booking (their standard practice is to use the name on passport which includes my middle name). My issue is that when I go to link my KrisFlyer account to the booking I get an error about names not matching as I don’t have my middle name in my KrisFlyer account (never been an issue on QF). Is the only way to rectify this to change name on KrisFlyer account as the tickets have been booked so can’t change them? Thanks in advance.
