QF have Lifetime Silver and gold as you say.
AA have lifetime Gold (equivalent to QF Silver) at 1,000,000 miles and Platinum (QF Gold) at 2,000,000 miles.
UA also have lifetime levels. 1,2,3 and 4MM levels, (MM = Million Milers). 1MM is equivalent to their Premier Gold level, 2MM is Premier Platinum. 3MM is 1K and 4MM is Global Services (see
United Airlines - Million Miler program)
Delta offers similarly. 1MM is Silver Medallion, 2MM is Gold Medallion, 4MM is Platinum Medallion and every additional MM you get 'an exclusive gift' see
SkyMiles frequent flyer program benefits (bottom of the page).
So that's 2 x for OW, 1 for *A and 1 for Scaryteam.
AC also offer lifetime status. 1MM = Lifetime Elite (*A Gold), 2MM = Lifetime Elite for you and a nominated partner, 3MM = Lifetime Super Elite for youself, and Elite for nominated partner.
Asiana offer 500,000 miles on OZ or *A for Lifetime Gold and 1MM on OZ (or 1000 segments on OZ) get Asiana Club Platinum.
There are many more. Air China, Alaska, Philippines, US airways and Korean also offer them.
