Just curious as to what kind of job you guys do to have such an incredible amount of travel? I've just started travelling for work just over 12 months ago and love it! Would love for it to continue, especially internationally. So far most of it's just domestic between Sydney and Melbourne. But it's not likely to last long term.

They could tell you but probably then have to kill you :)

(ever notice plane tickets in James Bond movies(when shown) have all been in paid F? :D )

12,000+ SC/year is staggering. I'd imagine only paid F longhaul on a regular basis, say once or twice a month, would do that, or full J's to europe, asia and USA.

I could see an international entertainer/actor/sports person/pop star could rack up that kind of travel fairly easily (think world tour, pro golfer, business exec/CEO of multinational without corporate jets) etc.

I wonder how many of these types are headed to products like EY Residence, but that's a total aside :)

Whatever the combination that would be a horrendous time on aircraft/lounges/hotels... this 3000-4000SC/year flyer wouldn't like it at all.

I hope whatever these positions are are challenging yet satisfying!!!!

Just curious as to what kind of job you guys do to have such an incredible amount of travel?

Over the last 10-12 years I've worked for a bunch of small to medium sized US based technology start-ups running their APJ businesses for them. These start-ups then get acquired by bigger companies and I move onto the next start-up. The typical quarterly travel profile is:

- 1 * US Return
- 6 * Asia Returns (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore)
- 6 * Trans Tasman Returns (Auckland, Wellington)
- 6 * Melbourne returns

Anything >8hrs is in J anything less is in Y.

It strikes me that 79000 SC's would be enough reason to comp the "cheese & Kisses " LTG.
