I don't think there is an existing thread on this. Last November, a LifeFlight Airbus EC130 helicopter crashed in Tennessee, with 2 injured survivors (pilot and paramedic) and one fatality (flight nurse).
The ATSB preliminary report is out, and the crash was due to the pilot having a medical episode and the paramedic desperately trying to control the craft down.
