It would appear that Ryanair are taking legal action regarding some posts on AV Herald.

News: The Aviation Herald under legal threat by Ryanair

On a similar note I have always wondered whether Admin is legally responsible for the content of our posts.

The Ryanair/AVH saga should provide interesting reading

I love Av Herald, it really has no match for content and inside info. But given the way it is presented (news/incident report type format) it has always been a curiousity of mine why the admin of that site allowed comments at all? Just seemed to be asking for trolls... I mean trouble.

Yes should be interesting - in the article I read surpression/removal of the "offending" posts and comments plus the laughable publication of Ryanair's lawyers "private and confidential" correspondance has created an expensive public relations nightmare and laywers picnic all in one. This will only lead to more closer scrutiny of the details of the Memmingen Incident - whatever that is.
