I found their email from May 2025 waiving the fee for 12mths. I guess it’ll be wait and see if another turns up in May 2026.

And I know why I don't remember it - around that time I was busy disputing A$7k fraudulent charges to my account from Hilton Memphis and SP TOREGE INC SACRAMENTO CA.

Wonder when spend $12k / waive annual fee started???

And... Off topic (just) has anyone found a way to get a CSV transaction download from Latitude???

In my case ~$3k per month over 4-5 months pre-pay & actual apartment & hotel accommodation for 4 pax, trains, planes, shows, tours, etc etc. Then once we are back home the only time the card is pulled out is for the very rare overseas purchase.

A few post up, I mentioned that I received an email in May 2025 waiving the fee for a year. I’ve not received anything since nor paid a fee after May 2026.

Have we just been rolled over to the same conditions as new customers who spend > $12k pa?

Haven't recieved an email, and still haven't received a monthly fee. 12 month spend to March still above $12k, but now dropping off. Happy days.....until it changes

Yeah, we don’t necessary get the $1k spend pm for a $10 voucher but have been doing > $12k pa ea and no fees either…

Hmm I spent $18000 on the card in the last 12 months since the fee waiver. Last statement with a spend was April 2026. But unfortunately I have now been charged the $8 monthly fee from June this year.

I didn't get the original offer of fee waiver last year, but emailed and requested to be considered and got the monthly fee waived. But I think it was only for 12 months. I will have to check the original email.

Digging into it, under rewards, I found this - so it looks like the fee waiver is an on-going thing. I haven't actually found the tracker within the app yet. (But I see that I have $600 'lifetime' reward earnings).

Interesting… I have the app (and checked for updates) but don’t have the spend tracker!

I’m not paying the annual fee, and am accruing $10 for each month I spend over $1000.
