Doing the same. They obviously do not consider me a valuable customer as I was not offered the 12 month fee waiver. So waiting for my $8 payment to be processed (seems to take about 3 days from previous experience) and then will be closing the card.
Any future OS transactions will be handled by my NAB Visa Debit card that migrated from the old Citibank Plus and retains the no foreign currency transaction fee feature. I'll just need to drop funds into the account before processing a payment - thankfully that is generally immediate via PayID.
Better read the small print re Citi Migrated cards to NAV VIsa Debit - I believe they have removed the no-fee benefit - and it's now inline with normal Visa Debit Card what charges fees.

I spent all my rewards last week and when I looked this week, I have another $220. I wasn't game to spend it because I thought they'd made an error. I don't remember activating any offers.
I got this e-mail a couple of months ago - no need to activate, the amount was just there in Rewards account in the app. But it also appears on the website.

Some reported being offered annual fee waiver when they first announced the fee introduction. I was not offered at that point and I cancelled. Then some time later I received a “we miss you” email with the offer of fee waiver for 2 years, so I opened a new card with them
Just got an email offer that doubles the monthly rewards to $20 for 3 months from next statement cycle in December. Had to activate by clicking link. That's 2% cashback, so not sure if tempted yet, unless I had some spend for other cards that didn't earn points
Sorting out some Latitude/ Flexiroam stuff today for a friend travelling o/s for Christmas and noticed this new/ change/ update to Latitude T&Cs that I don't think was communicated by email??? (maybe I just overlooked it...)

Now to work out if it applies to us all? Or just new signups?
I’ve lost track of when my fee free waiver was supposed to run through but have probably come close or exceed the $12k - depends when the clock started…

Same boat, no fees since Sep 2024. So expect its same for existing customers. Spending $12k+ for sure with OS trips and other govt spend. Not expecting a fee for at least another 9-12mths.

I have the same experience. Have never been charged a monthly fee and have $70 in Lifetime Rewards earnings (that I am not at all interested in chasing). We can easily spend $12k pa during overseas travels.

No fee here but also earned $280 rewards and counting! If I get them, I get them. I wouldn’t go out of my way to earn one but if I know I’ll be a few bucks short I’d forgo a couple of FF points for $10.
There’s actually a bunch of quite useful stuff there now. Even if it’s just double dipping on Flybuys or EDR earn using Coles/Woolies vouchers.
Found it too, after a deeper look, "recognising me as a valuable customer". Couldn't find the email at a glance in the myriad of latitude, aff and Ozb emails mentioning it
My April 2025 statement put my spend just over $12k May24-Apr25 and I am 12k again since then. Should be happy days
Don't regularly get the $8 bonus, maybe 6/12 months. But do the $x,xx_ spend offers and Chemist Warehouse and Special GC offers etc So about $300 a year in bonuses with no annual fee
