Latest Velocity BP Fuel Offers

Both I (gold ) and Mrs andye (red) got a double points (on fuel only) offer yesterday. Only once each and max 150 litres. Have both bought fuel and I have bought other items too in the past. The email ended up in my spam so worth checking.

Never used my card at BP and received the 500 bonus velocity points offer.

Interestingly I mistakenly entered my wife's velocity membership number and it was accepted for the 500 points offer. I then followed the link and it accepted mine. Looks like at least 2 trips to a BP in the next fortnight.

Im not getting any offers but I currently use the card for fills and office milk purchases so maybe they figured not need to target me

As a BP / Velocity virgin (no pun intended), I've also just received the 500 bonus points offer for first-time use (minimum of 30 litres).

As I've mentioned in similar threads, my nearest petrol station is a BP, but it doesn't sell the 91 that I want; just overpriced E10, 95 and 98.

There's currently a 13.2¢ / litre difference between where I usually go, and the nearest BP which does sell 91. If I do the maths on 30 litres, the points would be costing me about 0.7¢ each.

Meh. I'll probably activate it, but it's not enough to make me go out of my way to redeem it.

I just received this offer, my card has never been used at a BP as I find the local Woolies station is more convenient.

I got this one too . Nice timing as I needed to fill up. I normally use Caltex/Woolies as the petrol is a bit cheaper and I get my 4c per l discount, but this one was too good to pass up

You can get a temporary one instore and then just link it back to your account on the Velocity website (within 30 days) , I did this as I couldn't find my Velocity card . I have now requested a new card from Velocity

My wife and I both received the offer. Would cost us about 15 cpl more than the cheapest Woollies (with card) servo, so won't bother.

Got the 500 bonus points offer and finally succumbed and popped into BP. Since I was new and hadn't really read any of the promo I didn't realise I had to swipe my Velocity card first. Attendant didn't even mention anything about Velocity when I went to pay.

So his response when I asked where I should swipe my Velocity card was, "Oh you should have told me first. You've already paid. Too bad. Do it next time."

Yeah. There will be no next time for this fool.

I have been with VFF for a long time, I think Dec 2005 was when I joined, have made an effort to get to VFF PS, have bought non fuel items at BP/OTR in SA, and have always slided my VGW card sideways, and then slid in to pay with the card slide down bottom of reader, never got a double VFF points offer.
Also, if we use the VGW at BP/OTR, we have to slide the card down the bottom, no tap and go if we slide the VGW card to earn the bonus 2 points per $1 spent.

For the 500 point bonus can you do this multiple times before the 18 th or only one time? I believe if there is a link posted with the offer anyone can enter there number and will be able to use the bonus

Help please Can you get the Bonus more than once and when does the offer finish I have read that it finishes on th 8 th on one forum and the 18 th on another
