Morning All,

Earlier I was checking an existing I class booking AKL/SYD in January and was checking further I class availability around my departure date. As expected, most of the flights are full in Business Class. Upon further investigation it appears LAN has stopped selling I class or AUD$292 airfares in Business from Auckland to Sydney.

Looking at random dates in FEB/MAY/JUN/AUG/OCT the cheapest available Business Class fares appears to be a "D" class (still Business Class) fare at AUD$474.

Whilst this fare is still far cheaper than many other Airlines (in excess of AUD$1000 one way AKL/SYD in Business) it looks like those cheapie AUD$292 fares have come to an end..

Am I in la la land or have they really removed I class fares?

Cheers

I recall something like this happening last year also and then later on they opened up again. Hopefully they reappear this time also.

Are you aware that some of their I fares (ex NZ) require a $NZ100 change fee and others don't. I got caught recently.

They seem to have pulled the OW I class fares but I haven't got any trouble finding the AUD611 return fare from AKL LA I class. Checked 15-20 FEB/MAR/APR/MAY/JUN/JUL ....
