LAME sacked by Heston MRO because SQ complained.

A LAME was sacked by Heston MRO only after a complaint by SQ (paragraph 62 onwards).
The unfair dismissal complaint was upheld but the LAME was not reinstated due to the LAME moonlighting for VA against company policy including fatigue management and other issues.
He was nevertheless awarded compensation

SQ complained that the LAME actions resulted in a 17 minute delay

I find the actions of SQ in all of this a bit concerning.
IMO, more concerning than individual drug taking pilots because this sounds like poor corporate culture.

Im not condoning individual pilot behaviour but corporate culture permeates through the whole company.
