Has anyone had any luck getting their "20% Discount Voucher on Scoot" upon reaching 2,500 Elite Miles (https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/my/ppsclub-krisflyer/krisflyer/kfmilestonerewards/)? I have earnt 3,286 Elite Miles so far this calandar year but no voucher in my Scoot account and have also raised this with KrisFlyer customer support but appears to be going no where as they either don't understand the issue or keep sending me to the same information on where the voucher should be located.

Similar experience with my Milestone Reward of 1000 bonus miles on the next Scoot flight as it wasn't appearing when I logged into either KrisFlyer or Scoot and they kept pointing me to each other. In the end, I spoke to a KrisFlyer agent who transferred me to a specialist team who was helpful in explaining the issue (no need for a corresponding voucher in Scoot to apply against the payment for the booking in order to qualify for the bonus miles reward).
