KrisFlyer lounge MEL opening hours

Given that SQ has its KF lounge used by patrons of other airlines, does the MEL one open daily at 0725 hours or is it open earlier (and if so when?) for earlier flights offered by other carriers?

The Internet gives me two conflicting versions: one states it opens at 0725, the other suggests about 0500.

I also rang SQ: the call centre gent wasn't sure.

Does anyone have the 03 Melbourne local phone number for the KF lounge? It isn't listed as far as I can establish.

3 hours prior to departure and closes when the flight is called until 3 hours prior to the next departure
