Hi guys,

In June I will be flying with SQ from Brisbane to Moscow with my family. I am a Velocity Gold, just wanted to know about lounge access in Brisbane & Singapore. What are the rules about lounge access with my 2 little ones? I realise lounge access usually only allows for 1 guest but are little ones counted? Their ages are 4 & 1. Cheers.

I've not had issues taking wife and 2 year old into the SQ lounge in BKK and SIN.

I suspect you'd be ok with 2 children that young.

Cheers John. I took my kids into the Air NZ lounge last year no problem, just wondering how SQ were with this.

I went to SIN lounge as VA Gold with wife and 2 kids under 10. They weren't keen, as they said that kids counted as guests, and I could only bring 1 guest in. But as it was early and the lounge was empty, they said "just this time" and let us all in.

Hmmm that was my fear. We'll be arriving on SQ236 at 8:45pm so there will probably be a lot of people around at that time waiting for connecting flights I'd imagine. I'll try my luck anyway.

@Wezza if you do not get in the KF gold lounge in SIN it is no great loss, it is not that flash. With small children it may be better to kill some time in the butterfly garden or movies (depending what is on)

Yeah I haven't heard too many good things about it. Just wanted somewhere to chill for a bit, maybe have some food and drink. We'll see what happens. Thanks for the suggestions.

How long is your Changi transit because I would consider a transit hotel room over the lounge every time
