Hi All,

I have run out of options and now here to seek help from anyone who can potentially help.

I had my fights cancelled in June 2021 and booked with 1,000,000 Kris Flyer Miles, I paid to have them credited back circa $800 for the luxury of getting my miles back

I have called in almost monthly and now some 10-12 calls later I still don't have my point back.

Its been woeful to deal with Singapore Airlines and certainly will look to take business elsewhere.

Calling customer service does not result in anything, "we will call you back" I'm sick of hearing it.

Help!!!!!
 
Sorry I can’t help but I am also waiting to have my miles back into my account after I cancelled a flight well over 2 months ago. I have called many times over the past few months only to be told that it was escalated and things are taking time. I have given up calling now for the time being as it was taking hours to get through to someone who couldn’t help me and was just stressing me out. I know it doesn’t make it any better for you knowing there are others in the same situation and I wish you the best of luck. Their customer service at present is abysmal.

I'm in the same boat. This seems like very dodgy practice from Singapore Airlines. Maybe we need to post on their social networks to get their attention!

Already did that on their Facebook page. There are a lot of people complaining but just being told to be patient. Some people have received an email to say it is in progress after a couple of months but I haven’t received anything apart from initial email when I cancelled.
 
Well what a surprise. We both had points booking for a Flight HND - SIN on May 12th. Obviously we couldn't get to Japan to take those flights. We both used our own points for the awards. I have been trying to cancel those awards since the end of Feb. Finally got on to the correct department courtesy of an agent who gave me a direct number for the team. Told they no longer cancelled awards over the phone and I should do it online. Even after that call when I tried to cancel the old message came up -this can not be cancelled on line please ring your local Singapore airlines office.
But on the Monday I could so we both did. automated email received that they would tell us if they would refund our miles. Next day flight still there so we cancelled again with the same automated email received. So on the day before the flight we both sent in a complaint. yes automated email saying it had been received.
Now today is the 11th business day since the complaints were sent and 13th since cancelled on line.

You could knock me over with a feather as mrsdrron received this email.

The miles will be reinstated in accordance with our Assistance Scheme.

I am also awaiting refund of points, eight weeks now. The last phone call resulted in being told there is nothing they can do for me, I just have to be patient and await their email.
