Corporate Koru membership certainly exists (as you may already know) - Koru - but I'm unaware of any corporate schemes offered similar to AFF Qantas Club scheme.
Not to say such a beast doesn't exist though. If the answer is not forthcoming here, it may be worth asking on the AirNZ forum at Flyertalk.
I think I've read where corporate memberships of Qantas Club are limited to Australian-based organisations, but a quick scan of Koru T&Cs doesn't reveal a similar NZ restriction (unless I've overlooked it).
