Korean Airlines Airbus A380 superjumbo interiors unveiled | Photos

I think I prefer the look, space and colours of QF F and J than the KE F and J but that bar looks quite nice. All else being equal I'd pick QF but I have a feeling KE will come in cheaper.

Not convinced about the skyshop but at least it gives you somewhere to walk around during the flight.

I a bit sad that that KE don't have PE, i was hoping to never fly long haul Y again but with these guys that's unlikely for me to achieve that goal.

The first class seats look a bit boring. I hope they start from different sides during meal service otherwise the J pax at the back get their appetizer when they land again.

Thanks for posting. I think:

- F looks a bit dull and more like J+. I prefer the look of QF and BA's New First.

- J looks good to me.

- Like the idea of the Skyshop but not sure how long it will last compared to adding more seats. I wonder does everything stay displayed for take off & landing?

- Like the idea of the bar but it looks too square and not as inviting as EK's bar.

overall not a bad job and good on them for trying something different in the Skyshop concept.

What's the metal thing sticking up on the sides of the F seats? - kind of looks like spout?

I like it, Y is just that, nothing special there, but the skyshop is certainly a good idea and I do like the look of the bar.
It would be kinda nice if Y could purchase access to the bar for the flight (call it a cover charge ) rather than resticting it to just J and F...

Here is a good trip report from someone who flew in J on Korean Airlines A380 from HKG to ICN and return. Setting The Celestial Bar: Korean Air's First A380 — Trip Reports Forum | Airliners.net

Cover charge, good one.

I like the idea of the skyshop, if an airline could get it right and have it properly sponsored then it might be a good way to get some extra revenue, from things like Insky Shopping.

Hmmm, not so sure. My trouble is thatwhen I look at the J seats, they look terribly narrow. Not that I fly J very often nowadays, but when it is it's usually SQ and as a result have become a big fan of wide seats and 1-2-1 in J.

I'd have thought an economy bar of some type would work better than a sky shop, but as long as they keep the inventory refreshed often enough it could work. Last ing a frequent traveller wants to see is the same stuff for a year.
