I can only hope that I never get to share a flight with the Today presenters and crew. :shock:

It'd be a great day to be on a FASA & just casually stroll down the J aisle past them & comment "gee it's terribly cramped back here in economy isn't it".

The whole clip had nothing to do with the Royal Wedding it was all about how great they (ie media) are travelling round the world at someone elses expense sipping champagne. Nauseating actually.

Logies are like Oscars - the recipients suddenly earn more and charge more!!!!

The only reason karl the tosser won a gold one - was that someone on Chan 9 set up a call centre in Manila or Bangalore - and their sole purpose was to vote for karl the tosser.

At least the Oscars are voted on by their peers, the awards here are voted by most popular - hardly worth having it.

His comments about his wifes butt were just out of place - even is her butt is hot!!!!!

Um... Not really. I could go out the back of Timbuktu and people would know what an Oscar is. I suggest that knowledge of the Logies would not be so widespread.

Still, I'm sure that KS enjoys being the big fish in his little pond. Should he ever wish to take a leap out of that pond, however, he might find himself swimming with some very scary sharks.

Was the Skipper in the above video AFF's own JB747 by any chance?

I believe he was on the flight to the UK but not on the way back I would think-this video was on the way back.

Yep, my thoughts exactly. I see you're part of netjets. My personal philosophy was always to follow the advice of the first post here: If it flies, floats or fornicates, it's probably cheaper to rent. . How have you found netjets? Is the 4 hour promise honestly delivered in your experience?

How have you found netjets? Is the 4 hour promise honestly delivered in your experience?

I haven't had to test the four-hour promise yet, but they did deliver with 16 hours notice a few weeks ago, and we got to ZRH with nary a Logie-winner in sight for the entire trip.

The latest Womens' Weekly mag has been out not even a week & features an article several pages long (almost exceeding the Royal Wedding pictorial, but not quite) on guess who....Karl Stefanovic.

They must be a psychic lot at the Weekly as you'd almost think they knew it was a foregone conclusion.

Just a happy coincidence perhaps or maybe Nine's ego couldn't stand being knocked off by a newcomer from a rival network - Chrissie Swan from Ten.

It reminds me of a flight once where a couple of businessmen across the aisle from me were discussing Jetstar winning a Skytrax award for something, I can't remember what, when one commented "is (then QF CEO) Dixon running his own race"?
