Just tried to check in to a flight for Friday afternoon. Got to the print boarding pass page. When I click the print button, I get a blank pdf??? Tried both Chrome and IE and still didn't work. :(

Even the web boarding pass button didn't do the email thing as it's supposed to do.

The e-boarding pass button works though and I got the special barcode.

I had problems checking in for my flight tomorrow, had to use the app, which worked fine. May or may not be related.

I've been unable to OLCI for my two flights last week, today's flight and for this Friday. Have tried Chrome, Safari, iOS Safari & iOS app. Normally everything is fine though at the moment the booking can be retrieved and seat selection can occur but when you confirm no dangerous goods the following error displays

"We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again shortly or proceed directly to the airport to complete check in"

When I checked in online yesterday it changed my seat allocation AFTER confirming it on the seatmap. Had selected 3A at booking, OLCI still showed 3A, but when I created the pdf boarding pass I was in 6A all of a sudden. Lounge angel couldn't do anything either, good seats in row 3 and 4 were already allocated. Really annoys me...

I remember the VFF rep mentioning to me in a PM in August that some of the numerous fixes required for the VA and Velocity web sites - in particular the OLCI and some of the other things like seat selection were due to be fixed/upgraded in early Dec 2013. Given that we are in late November I expect some of these problems may have to do these "upgrades" or fixes coming out.

From peoples reports here - it seems like not all of these changes are stable of have been tested properly.

Had 3A & 3C preselected on an A332, went to OLCI today to find someone was assigned 3C so I was still in 3A but my partner had been moved to 4C. Luckily 3H & 3K were available so we took those. Was unimpressed with my preselected seat being assigned to someone else though and the system splitting us up, especially as a WP.
