Hi, I have made a booking on Juneyao Airlines for January, but NAB blocked my card for fraud prevention so the payment didn’t go through. I have the PNR and booking is still there when I look up on their website, but I can’t figure out how to pay for it so it gets ticketed.
I have called probably 8 times (pushing 3 for English) and every time they answer they say sorry no English. Incredibly frustrating.
Any advice appreciated!
